Our policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your order. If something isn't what you expected, you can request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with EU consumer law.

Conditions

Items must be unworn, with their original tags and packaging. We recommend keeping your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

How to request a return

Write to us through the Contact page with your order number and the reason. We'll guide you through the steps and, once the item is received and checked, issue your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
